Inside a Claude Code bootcamp

Four weeks, week by week

A typical engineering cohort. Business-team bootcamps follow the same rhythm with workflow labs in place of repos.

  1. Week 0 — Prep

Accounts and settings configured, pilot repos chosen, baseline survey and metrics captured.

  2. Week 1 — Foundations & setup

Configuration, CLAUDE.md for each pilot repo, first guided tasks.

  3. Week 2 — Delegation at scale

Plan-first workflows, sub-agents and parallel tasks on real tickets.

  4. Week 3 — Guardrails & automation

Hooks, CI integration and a review checklist for AI-written code.

  5. Week 4 — Capstone & showcase

Squads demo shipped work; we publish the team playbook.

  6. Day 30 — Impact review

Before-and-after metrics with recommendations for the next cohort.

FAQ

Claude bootcamp questions

Who should attend a Claude bootcamp?
Business tracks suit anyone who writes, analyzes or reviews documents. The Claude Code bootcamp is for software engineers, and the MCP and agent track is for developers who build integrations. Admins and security teams take the governance track.
Do participants need Claude licenses first?
Yes — access through a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, or API access for developer tracks. If you're not set up yet, we can configure your workspace before training starts.
How is this different from free Claude tutorials?
Tutorials teach features on sample data. Our bootcamps run on your workflows, repositories and policies, include a capstone that ships something real, and end with before-and-after metrics.
Is training virtual or in person?
Either, or hybrid. Many clients run a virtual cohort with an on-site kickoff or capstone day.
How do you measure effectiveness?
We baseline usage and task times before the program, then report adoption, time saved and output quality afterward. Engineering cohorts also track pull-request cycle time and review load.
What do we need to prepare?
Active accounts, a few sample workflows or repositories, and a point of contact in IT. We send a prep guide one week before the first session.
